Our clients include some of the most demanding Condominiums and Homeowners Associations in Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess Counties. Our total real estate value under management exceeds 3 Billion Dollars. In support of our clients, we employ 80 full-time and part-time associates that deliver a wide range of services to over 8300 households.

Banking and other financial documents are all prepared for a smooth financial cut over.
Monthly common charge billing begins.
