McGrath Management is a NY based Real Estate Management & Services company with over 30 years of industry experience. Our clients include some of the most demanding Condominiums and Homeowners Associations in Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess Counties. Our total real estate value under management exceeds 3 Billion Dollars. In support of our clients, we employ 80 full-time and part-time associates that deliver a wide range of services to over 8300 households.    

Our goal is to provide our clients with the highest possible return on their real-estate investments. In doing so, we consider both the goals of ownership and the economic life of the communities we manage. We strive to provide the most responsive, efficient and cost-effective service in our area.

Transition Process

A transition to McGrath is neither difficult nor time consuming. 

• Unit owner's names and addresses (N&A) are entered into our YARDI financial accounting system. http://www.yardi.com/
• All financial data including fund balances and account trial balances are entered into our in-house database
• Billing reports and statements are generated and reviewed for accuracy.
• We review books, records, contracts and existing operating procedures as a basis for managing your operation.
• Banking and other financial documents are all prepared for a smooth financial cut over.
• Monthly common charge billing begins.
• Entire process takes 2 weeks.
