Account Managers - Each of our clients is assigned an experienced Account Manager and a back-up. Their mission is to provide total client satisfaction. We have provided our staff with state of the art software and hardware, including many other remote capabilities. These productivity tools allow our Account managers to devote more time to servicing our clients. Responsibilities include:
- Supervise client staff in their daily activities;
- engage maintenance personnel and other outside contractors as required in client By-Laws.
- Ensure all third party providers meet the specified service level agreements.
- Recommend maintenance programs and capital improvements initiatives.
- Maintain an adequate level of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Solicit and render opinions on contract proposals for major capital improvements and supervise work.
- Respond to all owner/shareholder complaints and inquiries and refer any unwarranted, improper or unusual requests to the Board for action.
- Comply with all Local and State requirements regarding inspections, permits, tests, etc.
