Hudson Valley Community Management provides our clients with multiple options for managing their Clubhouse, Pools and Fitness Centers. In total, Hudson Valley Community Management manages over 20 pool facilities and clubhouse events.
Option 1
Total facilities management, staffing and services including event planning performed by Hudson Valley Community Management employees. This service includes Lifeguards, Chemicals, Pool opening and closing and all county permits.
Option 2
Hudson Valley Community Management engages 3rd Parties to provide all the services in option 1
Option 3
Hudson Valley Community Management process payroll and oversight of client employees including lifeguards
